For years, the road from Class 12 to college in India ran through a maze of different entrance tests, each university setting its own rules, its own dates, and its own syllabus. That maze has largely disappeared. Today, one exam opens the door to hundreds of undergraduate programs across the country: the Common University Entrance Test, or CUET.

If you’re a parent or a senior school student at Milton Public School, you’ve probably already heard the term floating around during PTMs or exam-season conversations. But what exactly is CUET, why does it matter so much now, and how does the CBSE curriculum actually set students up to do well in it? Let’s break it down.

Table of Contents

What Is CUET, Exactly?

Why CUET Has Changed the Game for Students

How the CBSE Curriculum Naturally Prepares Students for CUET

How Milton Public School Supports CUET Readiness

A Few Practical Tips for Students Preparing for CUET

The Bigger Picture

What Is CUET, Exactly?

CUET UG is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate programmes at central, state, deemed, and private universities across India. More than 200 universities now accept CUET scores instead of relying solely on Class 12 board percentages, which means a single exam can open doors to courses like B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, and BCA at institutions you may once have thought were out of reach.

The exam is entirely computer-based and is built around three sections:

Language Test – covering 13 languages, including English and Hindi

Domain-Specific Subjects – subject papers based on the Class 11 and 12 syllabus

General Test – a section testing general awareness, reasoning, and numerical ability

Students can choose up to five subjects to appear for, and each subject paper runs for a standard 60 minutes. One of the more student-friendly changes in recent years is that candidates are no longer restricted to the subjects they studied in Class 12 — so a student who took Science can still sit for a Commerce or Humanities domain paper if that’s where their college plans are heading. The marking scheme typically awards points for correct answers and deducts a smaller amount for incorrect ones, so accuracy matters as much as speed.

Why CUET Has Changed the Game for Students

Before CUET, a student’s fate often rested entirely on board exam percentages, sometimes down to a fraction of a mark, for admission into competitive courses. This created enormous pressure and, frankly, wasn’t always a fair reflection of a student’s actual ability in a subject.

CUET shifts the focus. It tests conceptual understanding rather than rote memorisation, and it gives every student — regardless of which board or state they come from — a level playing field. A student from a small-town CBSE school and one from a metro-city school now sit for the exact same paper, answer the same questions, and are judged by the same standard.

For students at CBSE schools in particular, this shift feels less like a hurdle and more like an extension of what they’ve already been trained to do.

How the CBSE Curriculum Naturally Prepares Students for CUET

This is where things get interesting for our Milton Public School families. CBSE hasn’t had to reinvent itself to keep pace with CUET, in many ways, the board’s teaching philosophy was already heading in this direction.

1. Concept-first learning, not memorisation CBSE’s NCERT-based curriculum has steadily moved toward application-based questions over the last several years, the kind that ask students to apply a formula or a concept to a new situation rather than reproduce a textbook answer word for word. CUET’s domain papers are built on exactly this kind of thinking, so students who’ve been trained to understand the “why” behind a concept, not just the “what,” walk into CUET with a real head start.

2. A curriculum that already maps to the CUET domain subjects Because CUET’s domain-specific papers are drawn directly from the Class 11 and 12 syllabus, CBSE students aren’t preparing for two separate exams, their board exam preparation and their CUET preparation overlap significantly. A student revising Accountancy or Political Science for their boards is, at the same time, building the exact foundation they need for the corresponding CUET paper.

3. Regular assessments build exam temperament CBSE’s structure of periodic tests, pre-boards, and practical assessments throughout the year means students are used to sitting for timed, high-stakes papers well before Class 12 ends. That familiarity with exam pressure, time management, and structured preparation translates directly into CUET readiness, a computer-based, time-bound test is far less intimidating to a student who has already faced several rounds of formal assessment.

4. Exposure to reasoning and general awareness Between subjects like English, and the general knowledge woven into CBSE’s broader activities and co-curricular programme, students build the reasoning and awareness skills that the CUET General Test specifically evaluates. This isn’t a separate skill set bolted on at the last minute; it develops gradually across the school years.

How Milton Public School Supports CUET Readiness

At Milton Public School, our approach to Class 11 and 12 has always centred on genuine understanding over rote learning, which happens to align closely with what CUET now rewards. Career counselling sessions for senior students, focused guidance ahead of board exams, and a curriculum that encourages application-based thinking all work together to prepare students not just for their CBSE boards, but for whatever comes next, CUET included.

Our MPS Careers Day, which brings in professionals to guide students from Classes X to XII, also plays a role here, helping students think early about which stream and which domain subjects will actually serve their future course and career choices, rather than making that decision under pressure in Class 12.

A Few Practical Tips for Students Preparing for CUET

Start early, but don’t panic. CUET preparation and board exam preparation overlap far more than students expect. Strong board preparation is, in most cases, strong CUET preparation.

Choose domain subjects strategically. Since students aren’t limited to their Class 12 subjects anymore, think carefully about which domain papers actually align with the courses and universities you’re targeting.

Practise with mock tests. Since the exam is computer-based and time-bound, getting comfortable with the format matters as much as knowing the content.

Don’t neglect the General Test. A little consistent reading, newspapers, current affairs, basic reasoning practice, goes a long way here, and it’s often the section students prepare for the least.

Talk to your teachers and counsellors. Subject choices and university shortlisting can feel overwhelming. Guidance from people who know your academic strengths makes the process far less stressful.

The Bigger Picture

CUET isn’t just another exam to add to an already busy academic calendar, it’s a reflection of where Indian education is heading: toward standardisation, fairness, and a genuine assessment of understanding over memorisation. For CBSE students, and especially for those who’ve grown up within a curriculum built on conceptual clarity, that shift plays directly to their strengths.

The transition from school to university has never been entirely smooth, and it probably never will be. But with the right preparation, the right guidance, and a curriculum that’s already been quietly building the right skills for years, our students are more ready for it than they might realise.

In today’s rapidly changing world, marks alone are no longer enough to define a student’s success. By 2030, the world will demand individuals who can think, adapt, create, and lead, not just memorize and reproduce information. With the rise of artificial intelligence, global connectivity, and constant innovation, education is shifting from “what you know” to “how you use what you know.” Global frameworks emphasize that students need a blend of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to truly thrive in the future. Let’s take a deep dive into the top skills students need in futur

Skills You Should Master Beyond Marks

Here are the top skills students need to learn and must develop to succeed beyond marks:

1. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

In an age of information overload, students must learn how to question, analyze, and make decisions. The ability to solve real-life problems will always be more valuable than simply recalling facts.

2. Creativity & Innovation

Machines can process data, but creativity is uniquely human. Students who can think differently, generate ideas, and innovate will stand out in every field -from science to arts.

3. Communication Skills

Whether it’s speaking confidently, writing clearly, or expressing ideas digitally, communication is a core life skill. Strong communicators can influence, collaborate, and lead effectively. The world has been and would be open for those who communicate better.

4. Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Understanding emotions, both one’s own and others’, is crucial. Empathy, teamwork, and relationship-building are becoming just as important as academic intelligence. (The Times of India)

5. Digital Literacy & Tech Awareness

By 2030, every student will need to be comfortable with technology, not just using it, but understanding it. Skills like data interpretation, AI awareness, and responsible digital behavior will be essential.

6. Adaptability & Learning Agility

The future is unpredictable. Students must be ready to learn, unlearn, and relearn throughout their lives. Flexibility will be the key to survival and growth in any career.

7. Collaboration & Teamwork

Students must learn how to work in diverse teams, respect different perspectives, and contribute meaningfully to group goals. A great team builds the foundation of success.

8. Leadership & Initiative

Leadership is not about authority—it’s about responsibility. Students who take initiative, make decisions, and guide others will be future changemakers.

9. Time Management & Self-Discipline

With distractions everywhere, managing time effectively is a superpower. Students who can stay focused, set goals, and work consistently will always stay ahead.

10. Values, Ethics & Responsibility

As the world becomes more complex, strong values matter more than ever. Honesty, integrity, and social responsibility shape not just successful individuals, but responsible citizens.

11. Empathy and Healing Ability:

As we are progressing in this high digital era, we are witnessing mental issues in the people, and even in students like never before, Those who would develop the ability to listen to others, and can soothe them, and treat them with empathy will certainly have a very peaceful life and powerful career

Why These Skills Matter More Than Marks

The future job market is evolving rapidly. Studies suggest that many current job skills will change significantly by 2030, making adaptability and human-centric skills more important than ever.

Even experts highlight that creativity, critical thinking, and flexibility will define success in an AI-driven world—not just academic scores. (The Times of India)

The Role of Schools Like Milton Public School

At Milton Public School, Agra, education goes beyond textbooks. The focus is on nurturing well-rounded individuals who are confident, capable, and future-ready. By encouraging experiential learning, co-curricular activities, and value-based education, the school ensures that students are prepared not just for exams—but for life.

Final Thoughts on Top Skills Students Need in the Future

Marks may open doors, but skills determine how far a student will go.

The real goal of education in 2030 is not to create toppers, but to build thinkers, innovators, and responsible global citizens.

For Parents & Students:
Start focusing on skill-building today. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence—because the future belongs to those who can adapt and grow.

If it sounds like ‘you’ – you are not alone. Memory isn’t about how much you study, it’s about how well your brain stores and recalls information. Let’s learn a few practical, science-backed memory techniques for students that actually work for all age groups.

Let’s explore some practical, science-backed memory techniques that actually work for students of all age groups.

Why Memory Techniques Matter for Students

Learning is an integral part of every student’s life. They need to keep their memory sharp to memorie and to excel in their studies.
At Milton Public School, Agra, we believe that every student, from primary classes to senior secondary , can improve their memory with the right techniques. The good news? You don’t need to study longer hours. You just need smarter methods.

Students often rely on rote learning, especially during exams. But this approach fades quickly.
Strong memory skills help students:

-Understand concepts better
-Recall answers easily during exams
-Reduce stress and last-minute cramming
-Build confidence in studies

If you want to know- how to improve memory for students or the best study techniques for exams, you’re already on the right place.

Top Memory Techniques for Every Age Group:

Memory Techniques for Primary Students (Classes 1–5)

At this stage, learning should be fun and engaging. Small children learn only when they enjoy the activities. Try the following:

1. Learning Through Stories

Children remember stories better than plain facts. Turn lessons into short, interesting stories.

Example: Instead of memorizing historical dates, create a story around the event.

2. Use of Visuals & Colors

Bright charts, flashcards, and drawings help young minds remember faster.

Tip: Encourage kids to use colored pens while studying.

3. Repetition with Fun Activities

Simple repetition through games, quizzes, or songs improves memory naturally.

Memory Techniques for Middle School Students (Classes 6–8)

As subjects become more detailed, students need structured techniques.

4. Chunking Method

Break large information into smaller parts.

Example: Instead of memorizing a long answer, divide it into 3–4 key points.

5. Mind Maps

Visual diagrams connecting ideas help in better understanding and recall.

Great for subjects like Science and Social Studies.

6. Teach What You Learn

One of the best ways to remember is to explain it to someone else.

Tip- Try teaching a friend or even speaking aloud.

Memory Techniques for High School Students (Classes 9–12)

This is where smart study techniques make a huge difference.

7. Active Recall

Instead of re-reading, test yourself.

Tip: Close your book and try to write what you remember.

8. Spaced Repetition

Review topics at intervals (1 day, 3 days, 1 week).

Tip- This is one of the most effective memory techniques for exams.

9. Mnemonics & Short Tricks

Use acronyms, rhymes, or associations.

Example: “VIBGYOR” to remember colours of the rainbow.

10. Practice Past Papers

Solving previous year questions improves retention and exam confidence.

Memory Boosting Habits for All Students

You must not ignore health if you are trying to increase your memory power. Yes. Nothing works if health fails. Thus, keep the following in mind-

Get Enough Sleep

Sleep helps the brain store information properly. 6 to 9 hours sleep is non-negotiable for every student. To claim memory power sleep, and wake up on the set timings regularly.

Stay Physically Active

Exercise improves brain function and memory. Go and play outdoors for an hour daily. Stay away from gadgets for a few hours, and do any form of exercise you like-cycling, badminton, running or just playing with friends.

Eat Brain-Boosting Foods

Indeed. Your plate plays a vital role in developing brain power and memory. Your food must include nuts, fruits, and green vegetables. Keep junk out of your life, or simply minimize it to once a week.

Limit Screen Distractions

Yes. This is a digital era, and we cannot get rid of screens now completely. Keeping too much screen time reduces focus and retention. Screens are completely no-no for small kids. Further, even growing kids should be allowed to use screens when it is necessary.

Study Smart, Not Hard

Many students think long study hours equal better results. That’s not true. The real secret is using effective study techniques for students that match how the brain works.

Start small. Pick 2–3 techniques from this list and apply them consistently. You’ll notice a difference not just in exams, but in how confidently you learn.

At Milton Public School, Agra, we encourage students to move beyond rote learning and develop smart learning habits.

September is the month of celebrations and mid-term exam pressure. This beautiful month brings with it a special day dedicated to the pillars of the country: Teacher’s Day. Every year in India, on September 5th, this day honors Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a philosopher, scholar, and teacher, whose legacy continues to inspire educators worldwide. At Milton Public School, we dedicate this whole month to our brilliant teachers of the nation and worldwide. Thus, in the following blog, we discuss the role of teachers in shaping student success.

It is important to reflect on the profound influence teachers have on students’ lives, both inside and outside the classroom. Teachers are not just educators; they are mentors, role models, and guides who play a pivotal role in shaping the academic, personal, and emotional growth of students.

Let’s explore the indispensable role teachers play in shaping the success of their students.

Role of Teachers in Students’ Lives: Key Roles the Teacher Plays

Do you really think that a teacher only teaches? Well, you have to read between the lines.

1. Instilling a Love for Learning

The curious heart of every successful student is a deep-seated love for learning. Teachers are the ones who cultivate this passion. It is their enthusiasm for a subject, their creative ways of presenting lessons, and their ability to connect academic content to real-world scenarios that make learning exciting. Great teachers know that students are more likely to succeed when they are genuinely interested in what they are studying.

By fostering curiosity and encouraging students to ask questions, teachers create an environment where learning feels less like a chore and more like an adventure. Whether it’s through interactive discussions, engaging projects, or inspiring lectures, teachers can transform even the most mundane topics into something students are eager to explore.

2. Nurturing Confidence and Self-Belief

A great teacher can gift the precious gift of self-belief among students. A positive reinforcement from a teacher can turn a shy, uncertain student into a confident achiever. When teachers acknowledge a student’s effort and provide constructive feedback, they empower students to believe in their abilities. Good teachers can bring confidence for life among students.

3. Prepare to Handle Failures

Teachers can certainly prepares students overcome failures. Life doesn’t sets the roses always; it throws thorns as well. When things go wrong, a good mentor can save us and, the most needed at that time. When a student struggles with a subject or concept, it is the teacher’s support, patience, and encouragement that help them persevere. They teach their students that mistakes are not failures but opportunities for growth, which helps build resilience.

4. Providing Emotional and Moral Support

Teachers are often the first people students turn to for guidance, especially when they face personal challenges or tough times. A teacher’s role extends beyond academics to providing emotional and moral support. By creating a safe and supportive classroom environment, teachers allow students to express themselves freely without fear of judgment.

This emotional support is crucial, especially during the formative years of a student’s life. Teachers guide their students not only through lessons but also in matters of empathy, respect, and ethical behavior. In times of difficulty, a teacher’s words of encouragement can inspire hope, while their actions can serve as a beacon of integrity and kindness.

4. Mentoring and Career Guidance

The journey from student to professional can be overwhelming, but teachers play a critical role in helping students navigate this transition. From suggesting the right career paths based on individual interests to offering advice on academic choices, teachers provide mentorship that influences students’ futures in profound ways.

Teachers are also key in guiding students through tough decisions about higher education or career pursuits. By identifying a student’s strengths and offering advice on how to cultivate them, teachers not only help students choose their paths but also prepare them to excel in their chosen fields.

5. Shaping Character and Values

While academic knowledge is important, a teacher’s influence on a student’s character is just as significant. Teachers are often the first adults outside of the family who impart life lessons about integrity, responsibility, time management, teamwork, and empathy. They are role models who lead by example, and their actions can instill values that shape a student’s character for life.

Through group activities, classroom discussions, and personal interactions, teachers teach students the importance of qualities like respect, kindness, and accountability. These values go beyond school and play a key role in shaping successful, well-rounded individuals.

6. Encouraging Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Success in today’s world goes beyond memorizing facts—it requires the ability to think critically, analyze problems, and find creative solutions. Teachers play a fundamental role in fostering these skills. Whether it’s through challenging assignments, thought-provoking discussions, or real-world problem-solving tasks, teachers encourage students to think deeply and logically.

By pushing students to question assumptions, explore multiple perspectives, and solve complex problems, teachers prepare them for the challenges they will face in their careers and in life. These critical thinking skills empower students to approach situations with a problem-solving mindset, making them more capable and resourceful in any context.

7. Creating a Positive Learning Environment

A positive and encouraging learning environment is essential for student success, and this is something teachers create through their actions and attitude. A teacher who is approachable, patient, and caring makes students feel comfortable and safe, fostering an environment where students can take risks, make mistakes, and learn without fear of failure.

In such an environment, students are more likely to engage actively in class, collaborate with their peers, and participate in discussions. When students feel supported and valued by their teachers, they are more likely to excel academically and personally.

Don’t Forget the Role of Teachers in a Student’s Life

As we celebrate Teacher’s Day this September, let’s take a moment to acknowledge the incredible impact that teachers have on their students’ lives. Teachers are the architects of success, shaping not just academic outcomes but the very character and future of their students. Through their guidance, encouragement, and support, teachers help students unlock their full potential, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We, at Milton Public School- the best school in Agra, salute every teacher and acknowledge their contribution in building our nation, our society.

To all the teachers who inspire, support, and empower, thank you for shaping the future, one student at a time.

Mother love is the fuel that enables a normal human being to do the impossible.” – Marion C. Garretty

Mothers are a priceless gift from God and a perfect amalgamation of love, devotion and sacrifice. The bond of a mother and her child is inexplicable and to celebrate this bond, Mother’s Day is observed every year on 8th of May. The Primary Wing till Gr 5 of our School celebrated this day with great zeal and exuberance to foster the social and emotional health of the learners through motherly love and compassion.

Our little learners made the day special by creating heartwarming video messages, beautifully compiled by the teachers for the wonderful mothers. Mothers were all invited to the school to celebrate this day to make them feel their presence as seen mostly that most of the MOMs’ were house wives and here at Milton Public School They got a chance to perform at the platform and they all participated with full zeal and enthusisam. A myriad of presentations by learners of Grades helped them express their gratitude and respect for their mothers through a virtual event. The highlight of the event was the dazzling ramp walk by our incredible mothers. In the spirit of the day, our tinytots of Grades embraced and later were crowned mothers with a painting handmade as a token of love and appreciation, a vibrant crown, declaring ‘MY MOM IS MY QUEEN’.

In a world that’s rapidly evolving with technology and competition, the importance of moral values in student life often takes a backseat. However, these values are the foundation that helps students become responsible, respectful, and successful individuals. Academic excellence is important, but it’s the moral compass that truly shapes a student’s character. We, at Milton Public School, Agra, are committed to providing holistic development for our children. According to our experts, here are ten essential moral values that act as the building blocks in a student’s life:

10 Must-Have Moral Values in Students’ Lives:

1. Honesty

Honesty is more than just telling the truth: it’s about being genuine and transparent in every action. Whether it’s doing assignments or appearing for exams, being honest builds trust and personal integrity, which are essential for lifelong success.

2. Respect

Respect for teachers, parents, peers, and even differing opinions fosters a healthy and supportive learning environment. It teaches students how to appreciate others, even in disagreement, and helps build meaningful relationships.

3. Responsibility

Being responsible means being accountable for your actions, managing your time, and fulfilling your duties—be it studies, chores, or promises. This moral value nurtures independence and maturity in students.

4. Kindness

Small acts of kindness—helping a classmate, listening to someone, or simply being polite—go a long way. Kindness not only improves the lives of others but also brings emotional satisfaction and positivity.

5. Discipline

Discipline helps students stay focused and determined. It’s the ability to delay gratification, follow routines, and stay committed to goals, which plays a huge role in academic and personal success.

6. Empathy

Empathy teaches students to understand and share the feelings of others. It builds compassion, reduces bullying, and encourages cooperation and teamwork in school settings.

7. Perseverance

The ability to stick with tasks even when they’re tough is crucial. Perseverance teaches students to face failures with courage and keep trying until they succeed, shaping them into resilient individuals.

8. Gratitude

Being thankful for what one has brings contentment and reduces negativity. Gratitude also fosters humility and helps students appreciate the efforts of their parents, teachers, and peers.

9. Fairness

Treating everyone equally and standing up for what is right, even when it’s hard, is a powerful moral value. Fairness develops a strong sense of justice and honesty in students.

10. Self-Control

In the age of distractions, self-control is a superpower. Whether it’s resisting temptations, controlling anger, or staying away from harmful habits, this value is key to long-term success and peace of mind.

Final Thoughts: The World Needs leader with high Moral Values

Our world needs people who can ethically lead. The above-mentioned moral values make our future generation ready to become the one! At Milton Public School, we take care of the morals to be instilled at the earliest possible.

Moral values are not just lessons for school—they are life skills. When students practice these values consistently, they don’t just become good students; they become good human beings. Parents, teachers, and society play a crucial role in nurturing these traits, but the choice to live by them ultimately lies with the student.

Building a strong moral foundation today ensures a brighter, more compassionate tomorrow.

Recently, the entire world observed International Yoga Day on 24th June. Yoga is an age-old Indian discipline with many advantages that can improve our lives considerably. Every age can benefit from yoga. Yoga has the power to change a person from the inside out, no matter how old they are. Are you aware of the benefits yoga can offer students? Yoga can help students manage stress in today’s fast-paced environment, where a variety of obstacles can negatively impact their physical and emotional health as well as their academic achievement. In this blog, let’s examine the benefits of yoga for students. Yoga is a useful tool for fostering our children’s complete development, which we at Milton Public School, Agra, believe in.

Milton Public School knows the importance of a healthy body and mind for students. That’s why we focus not only on academic performance but also on physical activities for students. Let’s explore the benefits of yoga for students

Benefits Of Yoga For Students:

The power of yoga has been recognized by the world. This ancient skill teaches the way to live our lives. It is believed that instilling yoga in students at an early age can help them to become sensible, responsible, and healthy humans. Also, they can enjoy the following benefits of Yoga throughout their lives.

1. Improved Concentration and Academic Performance

Indeed. Yoga enhances focus. One of the primary benefits of yoga for students is its ability to enhance concentration. Through various asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga helps calm the mind and improve focus. This increased concentration can translate into better academic performance. Students who practice yoga regularly often find it easier to stay attentive in class, grasp complex concepts, and perform well in exams.

2. Stress Reduction

Academic pressure, extracurricular activities, and social dynamics can contribute to high- stress levels among students. Yoga provides a natural way to manage stress. Techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness can help reduce anxiety and promote a sense of inner peace. By learning to manage stress effectively, students can approach their studies and personal lives with a calmer, more positive outlook.

3. Enhanced Physical Health

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise that promotes physical health. Regular practice improves flexibility, strength, and endurance. It also enhances posture and balance, which are crucial during the growing years. Students who engage in yoga are likely to experience fewer physical ailments, such as back pain or fatigue, and enjoy better overall health.

4. Emotional Stability

Adolescence can be a tumultuous time emotionally. Yoga encourages self-awareness and emotional regulation, helping students understand and manage their emotions better. Through consistent practice, students can develop a more balanced emotional state, which can positively impact their relationships with peers, teachers, and family members.

5. Better Sleep Patterns

Adequate sleep is essential for cognitive functioning and overall well-being. Yoga can help regulate sleep patterns by promoting relaxation and reducing insomnia. Techniques such as yoga nidra (yogic sleep) are particularly effective in helping students achieve restful sleep, ensuring they are well-rested and ready to tackle the day’s challenges.

6. Improves Immunity

A strong immune system is vital for students to stay healthy and active. Yoga’s various postures and breathing exercises can stimulate the lymphatic system, enhance blood circulation, and promote the efficient functioning of the immune system. This can lead to fewer illnesses and absences from school.

7. Improved Social Skills

Yoga classes at Milton Public School provide an opportunity for students to engage with their peers in a positive and supportive environment. This can enhance their social skills, including teamwork, communication, and empathy. These skills are not only beneficial in school but also in their future personal and professional lives.

Conclusion: Are you now aware of the benefits of yoga or students

At Milton Public School, Agra, we are committed to the overall development of our students. Incorporating yoga into their daily routine can offer numerous benefits, from improved academic performance and physical health to better emotional stability and social skills.
